Dr. Vinod Krishnan

Did his Under-graduation in MGPGI, Pondicherry, in the year 1992-97. He pursued post-graduation in the Department of Prosthodontics and Implantology, at Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, Chennai, under Dr. E. Munirathnam Naidu in the year 1998 – 2001. He was closely associated with Dr. Naidu during the establishment of the department of implantology at Meenakshi Ammal Dental College.

He was awarded the ‘G.C. Das memorial’ award for the best speaker for his work on zirconia reinforced felspathic porcelain at the Indian Prosthodontic Society conference held at Chandigarh in the year 2000. As its organising secretary, he went on to conduct a very successful IPS Conference at Thrissur, Kerala in the year 2009. He has conducted 12 CDE programmes in Crown and bridge failures.

His passion is dental implants and ceramics. As a practicing implantologist he has established his own Implantology clinic in Kakkanad, Cochin.
